You will receive a form with instructions by email. Please respond promptly since the pre-vetting process takes at least 5 business days. Please request access no later than April 10th. You will also receive an email confirmation when the pre-vetting process has been completed. This confirmation is in addition to the registration confirmation you will receive after you have registered for the conference and/or reception.

*Note you will be authorized pre-vetted base access for April 20–21. We included April 20th for those who wish to attend the pre-conference reception to meet and welcome our conference speakers. Please RSVP today at the REGISTRATION, LUNCH, RECEPTION tab.

It is highly recommended that all attendees also print out and bring all email confirmations of registration and base access communication as supportive documentation for installation access.

Please note there is No Parking for visitors/guests on the Uniformed Services University (USU) campus.

USU is accessible from the Medical Center metro stop on the Red Line. Limited parking is available at the Grosvenor/Strathmore metro (one stop north of Medical Center). For further information about the metro please visit WMATA at https://www.wmata.com/.
